I am the owner of Training Personified Ltd and I have acquired several successful contracts with the Department of Work and Pensions, Jobcentre Plus to support specifically the Mental Health, Hard to Reach Unemployed to teach them how to self-coach themselves back into an employability mindset that helps them get up, get dressed and get out on their terms and gives them back the desire and passion to want to succeed.
As the Managing Director of Training Personified, I have proven expertise in designing and delivering flexible solutions and ensure that all material is designed to an organisations specific need. I deliver confidence building workshops to disadvantaged people as well as work with business owners to help them get their mojo back and structure their thought process and their company. I also speak on a worldwide platform as an international motivational speaker around empowerment, leadership, resilience, entrepreneurship and employability.
